If you are not satisfied with your order (or part of it) you may return it without providing a reason. Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
The product should be returned undamaged in its original, undamaged package. If the product is sealed, the seal must remain intact. While you are always permitted to return products, failure to meet the stated conditions may result in a reduction of refund value; this will be assessed after we have received the product(s).
If possible, please return the product(s) in the original shipping box using the accompanying protective material. While this is not mandatory, using our shipping materials, which comply with EU regulations regarding PPWR and climate standards, helps to reduce waste and protect the environment.
Return shipping costs are not reimbursed and are the responsibility of the customer.

Steps for withdrawal
- Send an email to [email protected] with the order number and details of which products from the order that are being returned.
- Return the product(s). Please ensure that they meet the conditions mentioned above, to avoid reduction of refund value.

The Netherlands - Once we have received and inspected the product(s), we will refund the money within a few days. Shipping costs from the original order will only be refunded if the entire order is returned.
